I'm prepared to even go one better and say that I think if you want to talk to him and decide for yourself then I support you doing that. Because your opinion matters and I trust you and I want this for me but also I want to be safe. And I want the people I care about to be able to trust that I'm safe too.
I mean it. The last thing I want is for you to go "well it's none of my business" but then sit around getting upset because you're trying to not butt in or something. In the end it's not your decision, but I care about your opinion.

He sounds like a really nice guy. And he showed me a picture of his brothers! He said he's their guardian and he's only 19 so I think he's the kind of person who puts family first. So you guys have that much in common, it sounds like.
