As she does, her back comes into full view, or at least as full as it can be while obscured by her delicate, translucent wings. The contrast of the elegant beauty of the appendage with the savage, ragged scars bitten into her back is dramatic; one almost dainty, the other anything but.
She does her best to tie the shirt at the waist, loosely knotting it just to hold the fabric in place, then gets her arms through the sleeves and adjusts the rest, working one of the three neck buttons through its loop to at least ensure it won't fall down.]
